Alappuzha is a district of immense natural beauty with a proximity to the sea. Known as the Venice of the East by travelers from across the world for trade, this backwater area is also the home of diverse animal and bird life. The town has always enjoyed an important place in the maritime history of Kerala.

Located on the coast of the Arabian sea, the commercial capital and the most cosmopolitan city of Kerala, Kochi, in Ernakulam, is also known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea. It is also known for the finest natural harbors in the world. Kochin Shipyard, Port, and the booming IT Parks and industries, trade flourishes in this center of attraction for any business.

One of the high ranges of Kerala know for the flora and fauna, beautiful climate, waterfalls, adventure tourism, wild life sanctuary, Asia's first arch dam, etc. But from the commercial aspect of view it is the valley of all plantations .. tea, coffee, cardamom and many spices.

The capital of Kerala state, and a city with avenues, massive buildings, ancestral homes with a seacoast of Arabian sea. The tourist's paradise "Kovalam" is in Thiruvananthapuram. 

Kannur with an excellent beach, historical monuments, know for its handloom industry and "as a great emporia of spice trade" by Marco Polo's travels.

Kollam known for trade where cashew and pepper is the main market. A flourishing port once, Arab, Greek, Roman, Portuguese, Dutch and British came to trade. Now is an important place for many business the city is busy.

A prominent trading center for plantation crops like rubber, tea, pepper and cardamom. Kottayam is a stronghold of the Christian community in Kerala with headquarters of many denominations. Kottayam is also know for the literacy with many newspaper and magazines published from here. 

Kozhikode was the capital of the powerful Zamorins and a great sea port in ancient times. It is famous for its boat building yard, timber industries and historic temples and churches. It was here in Kappad, Vasco da Gama first landed in 1498 and later Dutch, French and British came to theses to trade. 

The main crops grown in the district are paddy, coconut, pepper, cashew, tapioca, arecanut and plantation crops like rubber. The St.Angelos Fort in the Kannur Cantonment, which was constructed in 1505, is a symbol of Portuguese architecture and attracts plenty of tourists. The Thalassery Fort is an important tourist centre. Kannur beach and Ezhimala are known for scenic beauty. 

Among the 14 districts of Kerala, Kasargod is known for its coir, handloom industries as well as Tobacco are prime business. The KASARGOD district is gifted by Mother Nature with water, forest, and mineral resources.
