For the eminent contribution in the field of construction, the Indian Economic Growth Society of New Delhi has selected the "Nirman Ratna" award to Mr. J Harshakumar for the year 2004-05. During the award ceremony conducted at The World Habitat Centre, New Delhi honorable former Governer of Tamil Nadu & the cabinet minister Sri. Bhishma Narayan Singh presented the award to Mr. J Harshakumar in the presence of Mr. Oscar Fernadas cabinet minster, Dr. Yogananda Sastri cabinet minister for health, and Sri. V. G. Krishnamurthi former Election Commissioner and Mr. Thushar Gandhi. |
